How far in advance do I have to book the truck?


We recommend submitting a booking inquiry at least 3 weeks in advance.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted: Credit, Corporate, Debit (processed like credit), Prepaid, Rewards. Customers can pay with a tap by using a contactless card or an Apple Pay or Google Pay enabled device with NFC technology




Can I order ahead for pickup?


We welcome walk-ups only at this time. Click here for a schedule of where we will pup-up this week.




How do I find your truck?


Our truck serves all boroughs of NYC and parts of Hudson County, NJ. We do not have a set/regularly recurring location. It's my first time at Woofbowl. How does it work?


We recommend ordering a Woofbowl (our combo of a main, side, and a drink treat) to get the full experience. Any and all treats can be purchased a la carte as well.




How do I book the truck?


If you are located in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Jersey City, or Hoboken, please fill out our booking form here. The DC truck is closed and we are not accepting bookings for the DC metro area.




My neighborhood is really dog friendly. How can I get the truck to come to my neighborhood?

Does Woofbowl make cakes?


We may offer cakes again on a future date, but we no longer make cakes.




Do you have affiliate codes?


No, we believe in organic growth.




Where are you based?


We are based in Brooklyn. We make all of our treats in a FDA approved and health inspected commercial kitchen that is not open to non-employees.




When will my order arrive?


In-stock merchandise: ships within 1-2 business days. Perishable treats: We only ship perishable items Monday-Wednesday to prevent spoilage of packages sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. If you place your order by 8am on Wednesday, it will ship the same week. All other orders will ship the following week. In our mission to recycle, reduce, and reuse, your box/package may have other labels/markings on it. We reuse boxes that haven't been destroyed in transit.




What are your COVID procedures?


We are implementing the following safety procedures for our guests:

  • Staff will be wearing masks and gloves inside of the Woofbowl truck
  • Social distancing markers will be placed on the ground
  • We have increased sanitation procedures:
    • Counters will be wiped down with disinfectant every 30 minutes
    • POS and payment readers will be wiped down every 30 minutes
    • Hand sanitizer will be provided
  • We encourage our guests to:
    • Stay home if sick with a cough or fever
    • Please wear a face mask
    • Stay 6 feet from other customers
    • Clean hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer after contact with frequently touched surfaces
