We may offer cakes again on a future date, but we no longer make cakes.

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted: Credit, Corporate, Debit (processed like credit), Prepaid, Rewards.

Customers can pay with a tap by using a contactless card or an Apple Pay or Google Pay enabled device with NFC technology

We are based in Brooklyn, NY. We make all of our treats in a FDA approved and health inspected commercial kitchen that is not open to non-employees.

In-stock merchandise: ships within 1-2 business days.

Perishable treats: We only ship perishable items Monday-Wednesday to prevent spoilage of packages sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. If you place your order by 8am on Wednesday, it will ship the same week. All other orders will ship the following week.

In our mission to recycle, reduce, and reuse, your box/package may have other labels/markings on it. We reuse boxes that haven't been destroyed in transit.

We are implementing the following safety procedures for our guests:

• Staff will be wearing gloves inside of the Woofbowl truck

• Social distancing markers will be placed on the ground

• We have increased sanitation procedures:

  • Counters will be wiped down with disinfectant every 30 minutes

  • POS and payment readers will be wiped down every 30 minutes

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided

• We encourage our guests to:

  • Stay home if sick with a cough or fever

  • Please wear a face mask

  • Stay 6 feet from other customers

  • Clean hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer after contact with frequently touched surfaces

All sales are final. In the event there is inclement weather, private bookings can be rescheduled to a date/time that both parties mutually agree upon.
